Each order will receive a USPS tracking number to locate your package. The tracking number is sent to the email address submitted when placing the order.
Please visit USPS at www.usps.com to receive a delivery date. Normally, packages are delivered in a week. Depending on postal service volume, the package can take 1-2 weeks.
We apologize Next Day delivery is unavailable at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS:
We do not offer returns for refunds, only an exchange for select merchandise.
Our masks and neck pillow hoodies are final sale, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Due to COVID-19, we are taking all necessary measures to keep you and our team safe.

We offer exchanges for Palate shoes and luggage covers. Palate masks and neck pillow hoodies are final sale due to face and skin contact. The reason for the exchange can be for size or color. Please read the exchange procedures below:
*Exchanges are available within 2 weeks (14 days) after delivery.
*Shoes and Luggage covers most be in non-worn, non-used, or new condition.
