  • When will I receive my order?
    Each order will receive a USPS tracking number to locate your package. The tracking number is sent to the email address submitted when placing the order. Please visit USPS at www.usps.com to receive a delivery date. Normally, packages are delivered in a week. Depending on postal service volume, the package can take 1-2 weeks. We apologize Next Day delivery is unavailable.
  • How do I know my package was shipped?
    We will send an e-mail containing the package tracking number when it is shipped.
  • How do I know if my package was delivered?
    Please use the tracking number to track and confirm the delivery of your package. You can track the package at www.usps.com.
  • What if I never receive my order?
    Please contact USPS at 1-800-344-7779 or visit usps.com. You can also email PALATE at info@palatetravel.com for assistance.
  • Can I make changes to an order already placed?
    We recommend emailing us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@palatetravel.com to modify your order. We will try our best to update your order prior to shipping. If your order is delivered, please review our exchange policy.
  • Can I cancel an order I just placed?
    We recommend to contact us at info@palatetravel.com to cancel an order your recently placed. We will try our best to cancel your order prior to shipping. In the event we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please view our "Exchange Policy".
  • Are refunds available?
    We apologize we do not offer returns for refunds, only an exchange for select merchandise. Our masks and neck pillow hoodies are final sale, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Due to COVID-19, we are taking all necessary measures to keep you and our team safe.
  • What is the exchange policy?
    We offer exchanges for Palate shoes and luggage covers. Palate masks and neck pillow hoodies are final sale due to face and skin contact. The reason for the exchange can be for size or color. Please read the exchange procedures below: *Exchanges are available within 2 weeks (14 days) after delivery. *Shoes and Luggage covers most be in non-worn, non-used, or new condition. *Email Palate at info@palatetravel.com to initiate exchange.
  • Can you wash the P2 masks?
    Yes. We recommend to hand wash the P2 mask to extend the mask quality and avoid lint or shribble.
  • Can I workout or wear the P2 mask when I'm physically active?
    Yes. Our P2 masks are breathable and made for the active traveler. It's comfortability is a bonus.
  • How do I apply the  "A.M." Luggage Cover?"
    Our A.M. luggae covers have two secure fittings, a zipper at the bottom and a strap. Place the luggage cover over the suitcase, align the carrying handle & steering handle with the two holes at the top of the suitcase. Once the luggage cover is on, turn the suitcase over, zip the zipper, and adjust the strap to secure the cover in place.
  • Can I wash the "A.M." Luggage Cover?"
    Yes, you can machine was or wash our luggage covers by hand. We recommend to wash by hand if dirt is minimal. Our luggae covers are made to protect your suitcase in transit & preserve it's longevity.
  • Can the "M1" slide be worn inside or outside?
    Yes. The M1 slides were made specifically for the comfort of the traveler. They can be worn before, during, & after travel.
  • Can the "M1" slides be machine washed?
    No, we do not recommend washing the M1 slides. We recommend washing the slides by hand.
  • Can you machine wash the "360" Neck Pillow?"
    No. We recommend washing the 360 Neck Pillow by hand. For mininal cleaning, please use warm water and detergent to wipe off the neck pillow hoodie.
  • Is the "360" Neck Pillow Hoodie gender specific?"
    No. The "360" Neck Pillow Hoodies are made for all.
  • What sizes are available in the "P2" masks?"
    We offer Medium and Large sizes for our P2 face masks. We recommend Medium fit for a small, medium face (usually adult women). We recommend Large fit for a large face (usually adult men).
  • Are the "AA4"slides available in half sizes?"
    No. The AA4 slides are made in EUR sizes. For half sizes, use the equivalent US size that corresponds to the EUR size in the chart below:
  • Does the "360" Neck Pillow come in different sizes?"
    No. Our neck pillow hoodie is one size fits most. Teenagers and adults can wear our neck pillow hoodie. The hoodie is long enough to cover your eyes for privacy in most cases.
  • What size suitcase does  "A.M." Luggage Covers fit?"
    The Small A. M. luggage covers fit carry-on size rolling suitcases. The Small luggage measurements are: 21" - 24" The Medium & Large A.M. luggage covers will experience the most rigors of travel including bag handles. The Medium Luggage measurements are: 25"- 28" The Large Luggae measurements are: 29"- 32"
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Currently, we accept credit card & debit credit card: Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. We are exploring the option of accepting PAYPAL as form of payment and other alternate forms of payment.
